- How much is shipping?
- We offer Free-Shipping Worldwide on all orders. At Swiftstead you never have to worry about shipping charges!
- What Countries Do you Ship To? We ship worldwide to every country :)
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered. When you Order your product it takes 2-5 Business Days to Get Processed. Then it will be shipped and most items will arrive in about 7-14 Days to USA Residents. International Residents: Please allow similar time frames for your orders as well.
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation.If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- What are your Payment Options?We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Which are all processed on our Award-Winning Safe payment processor Stripe.
